Wild Rose Studio 'Snowman family'

Hi all, Christmas will be here in 264 days!! If you haven't made a start on your cards then its about time you got a wiggle on! ;-)

We have a new theme just starting on the ABC Christmas Challenge and the lovely Carissa is hosting!

'H' for Home
and
'I' for Informal

I made 2 cards, one for each letter ;-)

'H' for Home

I used a gorgeous Wild Rose Studio Christmas Scene Die

I kept this really CAS, I simply used Tumbled Glass and Stormy Sky Inks for the background and then used a stencil and embossing paste for the snowflakes.

'I' for Informal.

For this one I used the 'Snowman Family' stamp set that is part of the sponsor prize from the Wild Rose Studio,

I just received my Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks yesterday (YAY!!) so I just had to have a go. I used Faded Jeans for the background and then splattered with water, shine spray and white ink. I love the starry/snowy sky! :-)

Thanks for looking! I hope you will all join in and start getting ready for Christmas, it will be here before you blink and you will be glad that you started early ;-)

What a gorgeous pair of cards Lorraine! I love the textured glittery sky on the first one and the snow family are so cute on the second one. I love how your oxide inks turned out and I can't wait for mine to arrive.
