Its time to forget all that nasty stuff taking over the internet and move on to whats important in life, making cards and gifts for your special friends and family ;-)
So with that in mind, it's time for a new theme on the ABC Christmas Challenge!
This time its the lovely Wilma's turn to host and the theme is
'C' for Creatures
and/or
'D' for Dimension
we are now a monthly challenge with a new theme being published on the first Wednesday of the month, so you have loads of time to join in ;-)
I used a Wild Rose Studio Penguin with Present for my creature and added dimension with embossing paste snow and a popped up piece of paper with 3D adhesive foam along the bottom.
I coloured the little penguin with comics and paper pieced the present using a scrap of paper from a Birds and Berries paper pack. I inked the edges with Tumbled Glass ink and masked the image before adding the falling snow ;-)

Adorable card! I love the penguin image and you've colored him very well. I have problems with 'black' since how the heck can you shade it? So I never do black...I do shades of gray. heheheh. That snowflake stencil? I bought it recently and tried it once and it is outstanding. I love that you used it, too, as it really adds to the card.
