With Thanksgiving in the United States being on the last Thursday of the month we thought it would be nice to join in with the celebrations. Whether you decide to make cards or decorations, we will be looking forward to seeing what you create!

I made a Thanksgiving card in autumnal shades using Simon's Exclusive Leaves and Scribbles Stamp and Coordinating Dies and a Thankful Die.
I love the golden colours or autumn and after blending Gathered Twigs and Shabby Shutters distress ink over Distress Woodgrain Cardstock I stamped a Simon's Leaves Background with Gold Pigment Ink. I then used a Bubble Stencil, Embossing Paste and Vintage Platinum Dust sprinkled over the top to add dimension.
For the leaves I used a MISTI tool and inked the stamp with Spiced Marmalade and then Forest Moss Distress Inks, spritzing lightly before stamping to create a watercolored effect.
I finished the inside too ;-)
