Hi all :-) I am here to share a card made for the House Mouse and Friends Challenge which is starting today. This time it's the lovely Kate's turn to host and she chose the theme
Branch Out
ie: used branches on your project, or you can always choose the anything goes option. The main thing is to have fun and join in!
A dear friend of mine is marrying her sweetheart in a couple of weeks and I have made this card for them, I hope she doesn't see this ;-)
I used a super cute 'Mr and Meeces' image, coloured with copics and mounted onto gold card. I recently bought a Minc Machine (you need one of these ;-)) and a pack of 5th Avenue papers to foil. This lovely branch design was in the pack and I thought it would be perfect for the card and also for the challenge!
I used a strip of vellum, stamped with gold text, layered over a panel of gold cardstock for the side and wrapped some gold string around it.
I finished the inside too to make it extra special :-)
