Tim Holtz 'Bird Crazy'!

A while ago the lovely and super talented Anna-Karin made THESE TAGS using Micro Glaze as a resist for the Distress Ink, what a clever idea I thought, so I CASE'd her ;-)

I used a paint brush to apply the Micro Glaze to the areas of the bird, party hat and balloons that I wanted to remain white and then had a lovely time colouring with distress inks.

Thanks for looking! I hope you all have a fabulous weekend :-)

What a fabulous idea. I just got some of that micro glaze and it never even occurred to me to use it for a resist technique. Thanks so much for showing us how. Your card is gorgeous!

Snoopy :D

Great card! I love how you used the embossing paste on the background. It's one of my new favorite things. Congrats on being one of our top picks at Stampin' Royalty for our birthday challenge!
