I made 2 cards to share today, one for a boy and one for a girl to be fair :-)
For this first one I used a Balloon Sentiments Stamp and Die Set, Falling Stars Stencil and Boston Terrier Love Stamp and Die Set
I just had to use a Simon on his birthday :-)
Isn't he adorable holding onto all those balloons ! bless him :-) I think this is pretty self explanatory, just to add that I shaped the balloons with a McGill tool to 'round' them and make them look more ,,, well,, like a balloon :-)
Next up is a shaker style card. I coloured the acetate with Alcohol Inks and then used Sequins for the 'shake'
I have a confession to make here. I really wanted to stamp the sentiment directly onto the card, I forgot until after it had all be adhered with dimensional adhesives and when I tried it mis- stamped so I had to improvise and add the banner. I think it looks OK, but would stamp the sentiment directly onto the card if I were to make another one :-) We live and learn eh !

They're both fabulous. Lols!! Love how you shaped the balloons on the first card, and I'm so happy to know I'm not the only one that has tried and failed to stamp after attaching something with pop dots! I'd never have guessed that's not how you planned on making this gorgeous card!
