Tim Holtz Christmas Blueprints ,,,

Hi all :-) I recently bought a whole load of Tim Holtz products ,,, oooh I love these blueprint designs and the distress glitter ,,, yum ! :-)

When I saw the theme on the Less Is More Challenge using a black background with a splash of colour I thought I would try something using some gilding flakes for extra sparkle :-)
The gilding flakes I bought are called Winter Dawn and it doesn't have as much colour in it as I thought,, mainly silver, but there is some bronze, green and gold too which doesn't show up very well in the piccy ,,, It really is gorgeous and sparkly IRL.

I stamped the image with versamark and sprinkled with Judikins sticky stuff, heat set, smothered with gilding flakes, then brushed off the excess. I then used Pan Pastels for the chalkboard effect. To add a little extra colour I added a few metallic sequins.

I made this one using white embossing powder and can't decide which I like the best ,,,, but I am leaning towards the gilded one as it really is so sparkly IRL :-)

Thanks for looking :-) I appreciate your comments so please leave me one :-)
