Only 307 days to go so we’d better get a wiggle on,,,,:-) I love being on this team,apart from the fabulous friendly and supportive team, we all have a fair sized box of cards ready for Christmas ! No last min’ panic for us ,,, and if you join us in the challenges you will too !! :-)
This time it is Carissa’s turn to host the ABC Christmas Challenge and the theme is
‘D’ FOR DESIGNER PAPER

The DT were offered an image to use and I chose this ‘The Perfect Christmas Tree’ it really made me laugh when I saw it and I intend to make several in a similar design :-)
I coloured the image with Copics and inked the edges with Stormy Sky and Forest Moss Distress Inks before adding star dust stickles to the pine needles and prisma glitter on the baubles and yellow glitter on the star. The papers are from an Authentique ‘Festive’ pack, the music paper is ‘O Christmas Tree !!! perfect !! :-) I used a Martha Stewart Icicle Punch, which is now discontinued :-/ and added a few gems and a comp sentiment to finish :-)

Fabulous card hun, but oh did it make me laugh - that's almost identical to my first ever Christmas tree - I came home from work to find this three branched twig in a pot with two baubles (my mother knows how to decorate!). Mind you, it is a monster tree now and still growing happily in my parents' garden. Hugs Sxx

Reminds me of a tree we had one year, all the needles fell off the day before Christmas and we went out Christmas Eve for a replacement. Love your card, makes me smile.
