I decided to make a New Home card and door hanger today :-)

I used this fab No Place Like Home Image.

For the card I used some 7 Gypsies paper, inked the edges with Vintage Photo DT and distressed the edges. I used a Tim Holtz Elegant Flourishes die to cut some grungepaper. I coloured this with Aged Mahogany ink and embossed with distress embossing powder. I used a grungeboard elements door plate, inked and distressed too and added a glittered heart and a Vintag key. I coloured a little with copics and added a fab strip of ribbon from the Best of British Collection.

For the door hanger I used some free mountboard from a local framer.

I painted it with Gesso and then used various background masks and stamps from Dyan Reaveley. I stamped the image on Sticky Backed Canvas and inked with Antique Linen DI I used more grungepaper elegant flourishes and a lock and key from Maya Road Antique keys mini chipboard set. The ‘Welcome’ was cut out on a Silhouette Cameo machine and I used a eyelets, twine and some 3mm ribbon to tie it all together :-)

Thanks for looking, the DT have made some gorgeous cards and creations for you to see and there is a fab prize on offer today too !

Who will be sponsoring tomorrow ?? You will have to pop by the Inspiration Blog to find out ! :-)
