TURN IT OFF !!!! PLEASE !!

I have just been leaving comments ,,, and what should be a nice blog hop turns into a nightmare with all the word verifications !! It takes at least twice as long to leave a comment ,, and quite frankly I would rather not bother and go to see someone elses creations ,,, this messing about with silly letters is a complete waste of valuable time ,, Use the owner approval option instead !!! I am really hating visiting blogs with it on ,,,

Ooops...a thousand apology...i read and support your "no word verification" campaign but i myself didn't turn it off. 2 slaps on my face...i didn't even know i have it because i never post comment on my own blog.
I am still struggling with blog technicalities part, is there any site/tutorial showing how to turn it off so that i can put up the link in my blog sidebar? meantime, i will google search for the link.

I'm with you Lorraine - it's a total waste of time.
I'm thinking of not commenting on those who have it, but then some have that awful one that pops up after you have wrote a comment.

Totally agree Lorraine! :o) The worse offender is the one Ann mentioned - the word verification that pops up AFTER you think you've left the comment! I've only just started noticing this, so I bet there have been loads of comments of mine that haven't been published because I thought one press of the button was enough, LOL!

I also totally agree, it drives me mad especially the ones that pop up after you published. I will admit that with those words if I get it wrong once then it doesn't get posted, too much mucking about wasting time.
