Paper Rose Slimline Lavender

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week the challenge is 

THINKING OF YOU

We're showcasing Paper Rose Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

I used a gorgeous Paper Rose Slimline Lavender Die and Slimline Texture 2 Die

I used Milled Lavender and Dusty Concord Distress Inks to color one piece of Watercolor Paper and  Mowed Lawn and Rustic Wilderness to color another,  smooshing, spritzing and dipping, drying in between each layer. I used these to die cut the flower. 

For the background I spritzed and splattered Tumbled Glass Ink and splattered with black. I then used a Tim Holtz Bubble Stencil and Texture Paste, sprinked with gold embossing powder and heat set. 

I stitched around a couple of the edges and then added the die cut pieces and finished with a CZ Designs Sentiment strip.

House Mouse Christmas Morning

I used a super cozy Stampendous Christmas Morning Cling Stamp 

 

I colored with Copic Markers and added some lovely sparkly Hero Arts Earth Safe Glitter (LOVE this stuff, and it's environmentally guilt free! ;-)) The music notes and plaid paper are from Lawn Fawn.
