House Mouse Costume Play

Hi all :-) It's time for a new theme over on the  House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge,

This time I am hosting and the theme is 

Anything Goes 

+ the option of Autumn/Fall

I thought I would make a start on Halloween preparations and used a super cute Stampendous, House Mouse Costume Play Cling Stamp

I coloured with Copic Markers and added a rusty fence and gate and a spooky ghost from an older Tim Holtz Halloween Die Set.  The papers are from Doodlebug 

and I finished the inside

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week the challenge is 

ANYTHING GOES

It's my daughter, Amy's, birthday today and she is a Crazy Cat Lover so I just had to use a Crazy Cats Cling Stamp Set and Coordinating Die Set  for her card!

Amy is very artistic so I thought I would go a bit crazy and artsy with the colouring of this cat and I have to say I love how it turned out! I had seen one of the crazy animals coloured in crazy colours a while ago and think it was on Barbara's Blog, but am not sure, if anyone knows then please let me know so that I can credit them with the idea :-) Thanks xx 

 For the background I used a Gradient Square Layering Stencil, Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Inks, I then splattered with Black and Vibrant Turquoise Dylusions Ink Sprays.

 I used a Trinket Frame Die, cutting out several layers of Black Card Stock to create  a frame deep enough to create a shaker and then popped in lots of coloured sequins 

and I made an envelope to match, I think it makes cards so much more special to be in a decorated envelope, don't you think?
