Wild Rose Studio 'Halloween Cat'

Hi all, I am here to share a super cute Halloween card made using a new 'Halloween Cat' stamp from the Wild Rose Studio

I started with a plain white 5" square card and inked with Dusty Concord Distress Ink and a little bit of Black Soot for the edges. I coloured the image with copic markers and also inked the edges of the panel before adhering to a panel of black card.

I love this Bat Border Die, very spooky, and I finished with a cute Little Bat and a few stars ;-)

Thanks for looking!

I hope you all have a fabulous and super spooky Halloween!

Simon Says: Halloween

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge

This week the challenge is as it's the

Halloween
This week we are showcasing Memory Box Products. You don't have to use them to join in, but if you have them we would love to see them used.

As always Simon Says Stamp will be giving away $50 voucher to shop at the fabulous Simon Says Stamp Store

We are welcoming the lovely and super talented Nikki Acton into the Designer Spotlight! You need to pop over and have a look around her blog if you haven't already, its awesome! :-)

I made a not so spooky card using a  Tim Holtz's Crazy Dog and Crazy Things Stamp and Die Set . The little bats are from a Memory Box die similar to the ones in this Halloween Stitched Set.

I love the papers in the Tim Holtz Materialize Paper Pack, the colors are perfect for Halloween/Autumn. I used a Crackle Stencil and Black Soot ink to create a spiders web and used a spider from a Gothic Remnant Rub.  I colored the very vicious looking dog with Hickory Smoke Distress Ink and added some 'blood' with Barn Door Ink.
The spooky tree was cut on a Silhouette Cameo, one of the most handy tools to have! ;-)

I used a paper distressed to distress all of the edges,  and finished the inside :-)

So now it's YOUR turn, Happy Crafting
