Simon Says Stamp February Card Kit

Hi all :-) Are you having a lovely relaxing Sunday ?  The weather has changed here and it is a miserable grey day with occasional rain, some may be pleased to know ,,, haha :-)

I am here to share another card I made using the Simon Says February Card Kit. Now, I know I say it every month, but I think this kit is one of the best ones yet ! The stamp set is gorgeous and I am just in love with the papers, just my cup of tea and I will be ordering a new pack, so pretty,,, not that I used any of them on this one !! :-)

I made this to join in with todays featured stamper over on the Splitcoast Stampers site. I used Hero Art inks to stamp the flowers, don't they look pretty :-)

 I used the same colours and similar layout, can you see a resemblance ? 

Thanks for looking and if you would like to buy a kit then I would recommend considering a subscription, they sell like hot cakes and invariably sell out quickly :-)

Simon Says February Card Kit Card + Silhouette Storage Ideas

Happy Thursday from a sunny Gozo :-) It was raining and miserable yesterday but today we have lovely blue skies with the odd fluffy cloud here and there,,, lovely :-)

I am here to share another card made using the Simon Says Stamp February Card Kit and I used a couple of the new Valentine 2014 products too.

I have to say I am LOVIN' the papers in this kit and will definitely have to buy the pack ! These colours and designs are just up my street :-)

For this card I used this weeks fabulous sketch over on the Splitcoast Stampers site

Now onto a few things I made to tidy up my craft room using my Silhouette Cameo ,,,,

First up Stickles Storage 

Next we have Silhouette Sketch Pens ,,,,, need more now to fill it up !

I adapted the last studio file design to cut the circles slightly larger for the daubers to fit in and made it a shallower box too ,,,, need more daubers for all the new Simon Says Ink Pads !!,,,,, :-)

Simon Says ,,,, Emboss It

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

It is my Dad's 81st Birthday soon and I made this for him. I used  Tim Holtz Blueprint and Gears embossing folders. I have had this a while and never used it ,,, about time !! :-)

I love Tim's Blueprint range of stamps, I think they are particularly fab for manly cards. Don't look too closely but I had me wonky glasses on and the game piece is glued on a bit off centre. It is well and truly stuck in place with glossy accents so I can't 'udge it over :-)

I really like how this turned out and I hope my Dad does too ,,,, Mum's birthday is on the same day too !!
