Happy Hopper, ‘Wishin’ Well’ :-)

Hi all  :-)  I hope you’re all well and looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend, putting your feet up in front of a roaring fire,,, but I suspect most of us are in for a busy weekend of Christmas preparations :-)

Anyways ,, I am here today with a  Get well card ,,, just for a change ,,, :-)

I used this very cute Happy Hopper ‘Wishin’ Well image and followed a fab sketch over on the Splitcoast Stampers site. 

I coloured with Copics, paper pieced the wooden roof and inked the edges with Stormy Sky and Vintage Photo Distress Inks. I then added some Polar White Flower soft to their cotton tails and Star Dust Stickles around the edges. The paper is from a Fancy Pants Country Boutique pack, which was in the October Card Kit, and I used a new  Simon Says Exclusives Small Folded Banners die cut for the sentiment,the sentiment was printed on the Silhouette Cameo Machine.  I added some Cream Vintage Tape and mesh ribbon from The Ribbon Girl, a button from the December card Kit and some Hemptique twine  to finish.

The Perfect Snowman ,,,, :-)

Hi all :-) I hope you are all well and almost ready for Christmas ,, I am just about to pop the puddings onto the stove to steam, then head into my craft room to mass produce some quick and easy cards ,,,, bit last min’ eh ! :-)

We have a new theme starting over on the Lili’s Little Fairies challenge,,,

SOMETHING NEW ,,,,,

so New Baby, New Job, or use a new product or 3

I have recently bought this cute ‘The Perfect Snowman’ stamp from Lili of the Valley and  inked it up ! :-)

I coloured with Copics and inked the edges with Stormy Sky DI. I used Glitter Ritz Opaque White Glitter on the ground ,, I love that this looks like real snow, and I also used Star Dust stickles around the edges and on the holly. The papers are  Digi’s  from Pink Petticoat  and I used a new Memory Box Frosty Border die. I finished with some Saddle Stitch ribbon, some Melissa Frances White Pearls and then used a  Viva Ice White Pearl pen to make snowflakes on the image.

Edited to add ,,, I just popped by my dear friend 'Dorte's' blog and saw that this card is practically a copy of hers !! It was totally unintentional and I just didn't realise ! A Selection of the swiss dots ribbon

I have just bought this super cute Stamps Happen Rosie with Present Christmas Kitty stamp,, isn’t she CUTE ! :-)

I used a MFT Die-namics Tag You’re It die to cut  the tag from Neenah cardstock and stamped the dots around the edges. I coloured the image with Copics, added some very sparkly Star Dust Dry Fine Glitter  and added a strip of Crafty Ribbons Little Christmas ribbon along the bottom before adhering onto another tag cut from Bazzill Peppermint card ( my absolute fave red card) The paper is from an Aspen Frost pack and I added some fab Red Stripe ribbon and a few Red Pearls to finish :-)

I have to say that my favourite tool is the Silhouette Cameo machine ! I just LOVE it !! there are so many things you can make with it and it is so easy !! I have never bothered to make place names for the table but with the machine it is a shame not to !! 

I downloaded the design from the Silhouette Online Store and cut 6 out of plain white cardstock without altering the size.  I coloured with Pine Needles Distress Ink and printed the names on the Silhouette too. I used some new Star Dust Dry Fine Glitter on the stars ,so sparkly IRL, and used Christmas Red and Silver Stickles on the trees.  I think my Christmas table will look FAB this year !! :-)

I do have lots of faves and you may be wondering where the House Mouse is ?? well,,,I was intending to make a House Mouse candle table decoration too but time just ran away with me so I will have to make and post that another day :-)

I love this House Mouse ‘St Nick Mouse’ image ,, aren’t they cute ,,aww :-)

I coloured with copics and paper pieced the pressies with ‘Yuletide’ papers. The starry sky paper is from Craft Creations and I embossed the snowy ground with a Cuttlebug Snowflake folder. I used a Zyron to add glue to the snowflakes and smothered with Glitter Ritz Opaque Glitter. I added a few Tiny Stars and  used a new Simon Says Stamp Holiday Folded Banners Die set.

I used some new Star Dust Dry Fine Glitter on his hat and trims and it is sooo sparkly !! FAB ! :-)

December Card Kit ,,,, Merry Christmas ! :-)

As you may know the lovely Heidi at Simon Says Stamp sent me a fabulous December ‘Everything is Merry’ card kit and in it was a very cute wood veneered ‘Merry’ which I LOVE :-) I will definitely have to buy a few more of these :-)

The papers and green layering card were in the kit and I added a Mod Tree die cut, some stars from a Holiday Shapes die, a plant pot, which is a window die from a ‘Where the Heart is die set. (Debby had the idea of using that as a plant pot,,, clever girl ) :-) I also used some stickers from the October Card Kit for the ‘Christmas’ and finished with some twine and a cute Studio Calico Tiny Star :-)

There are very few of these card kits left so if you would like one you need to get a wiggle on and get over there before they sell out :-)

Snow White on the Papertake Weekly Challenge :-)

Hi all :-) I hope you’re all well and getting along nicely with your Christmas preparations :-) I had a lovely day shopping in Malta yesterday with my friend and her Mum and I think we managed to get most of it done ,,, now to get the cards in the post and wrap the pressies ,,,,make the puddings ,,, I have  a long ‘To Do’ list :-/
