Simon Says Stamp 'All The Feels' Release!

The postie arrived yesterday with a parcel of products from the latest Simon Says Stamp 'All The Feels' Release!! Woot Woot!! This is the first time in AGES that my parcel has arrived in time for me to join in on day 1! 

I made 2 cards to share today

Fist up is this card made using the new Mini Slimline Rectangles Die Set and  Large Chevron Pattern Stencil. I decided to keep the rectangle dies all in one piece to die cut them all together. 

I blended some Squeezed Lemonade, Picked Raspberry and Spiced Marmalade Distress Inks onto Watercolor Paper. I then spritzed the stencil with water and laid it over the paper to remove a little bit of the ink, I love this subtle look ;-) When it was dry I then splattered with Black Marble and Pure Sunshine Dylusions Inks before die cutting the rectangles all together and gluing them onto black card. 

I used a Beautiful Die and finished with a few sequins. I also decorated an envelope, using up all of the leftover scraps of paper. 

For my 2nd card I used a gorgeous new Botanical Split Background Cling Stamp and a Slimline Florals Stamp Set. 

I used Zig Brush Pens to color the stamp and then sprtitzed with water before stamping onto Watercolor Paper.  I heat embossed the sentiment and fusy cut around it and added a green border. I popped some Vellum behind it and added some irridescent string, a few sequins and several tiny gems to finish.

I was inspired by the beautiful tulips in the mood board and used Lawn Fawn Wonderful Window as the focus for this card.

 I cut the  an aperture behind the window so that I could  pop some gorgeous Watercolor Galaxy paper and a little kitten behind it. For the bricks I used a Simon's Exclusive Spring Windows Clear Stamp Set.

For the frame I used a Lawn Fawn Outside In Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Die Set and I  finished with Grassy Border and Happy Birthday Border Die Sets
