Tim Holtz Oliver Colorize

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week the challenge is

ANYTHING GOES

We are showcasing Tim Holtz Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp are generously giving away a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop at the  Simon Says Stamp Store! All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week’s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz  on the challenge blog post!
You can join 5 times so you could have 5 chances to win! How AWESOME is that!! All winners are chosen randomly, so everyone has an equal chance to win! Woo Hoo!! Good Luck to everyone! The Design Team is looking forward to seeing your creative makes and will pop around to visit you ASAP!

Now who doesn't LOVE Oliver !!! Isn't he GORGEOUS!! As soon as I saw him in Tim Holtz latest release I just had to get him!

I don't normally send Easter/Spring cards but this year is going to be different!! Everyone is still struggling with the pandemic so there's never been a better time to reach out and send a handmade card, just to let people know that you care! ;-)

I used a selection of Distress Oxide Inks for the background, making pools of color and then dipping the watercolor paper into the puddles, heat drying in between colors to avoid creating mud ;-) I then added some extra interest with Distress Oxide Inks and Script, Roses and Dot Fade Layering Stencils.

I added a couple of Funky Trees and made the hippity hoppity sentiment using an Alphanumeric Tiny Type Die Set.

I handmade him a carrot and made an envelope to match :-)

So now it's YOUR turn!

We have a new set of products which have just been released!! CLICK HERE to see the latest and greatest 'Hello Beautiful' range!

House Mouse 'Dragonfly Ride'

Hi all :-) I am here with a reminder to please join in with the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge,

This time I am hosting and I chose the theme:

Anything Goes

+ the option of

Bright Cheerful Colours

I used this super cute House Mouse Dragonfly Ride Cling Stamp and made a slimline card.

I recently bought this gorgeous Sunny Studio Slimline Scalloped Frame Die Set and love how this card turned out! I colored with Copic Markers and made a cloudy sky using a LDRS Rainy Day Stencil and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink. I then added a 'treetop canopy' border using Tim Holtz Flowers for the meeces to fly over ;-)

and I made an envelope to match

Thanks for looking!! You have until Sunday 28th Feb to join in! :-)
