OOH I have always loved glitter and all things sparkly, so this challenge is right up my street :-)

I used Jane's Doodles Garden Friends and Neat and Tangled On The Strip 2 Clear Stamps, aren't these friends adorable :-)

I really like the woodgrain strip, I used Simon's Exclusive Surf Blue card and matching ink pad, I love the colour and design of it :-) I have lots of Hero Arts Prisma Glitter sparkle on this, super sparkly IRL :-)

and I finished the inside ,,,

Wild Rose Studio 'Girl and Penguin'

Did you know that there are only 140 days left to Christmas !! better get a wiggle on if you haven't started your preparations already ! Christmas will be here before you know it :-)

Cling Beach Toss

Happy Monday to you all :-) I am here with a reminder for you all to join in with our fun challenge over on the House Mouse and Friends Challenge,

RELAX AND ENJOY LIFE 

you can choose the Anything Goes option too, we would really like to encourage everyone in their love of all things House Mouse :-)

I have recently bought a whole load of the new cling stamps and this Cling Beach Toss is the first to get an inking :-) A day at the beach ! what could be more relaxing ?!

Isn't this CUTE :-) a little mouse playing with his crabby friend. Ellen Jareckie, the artist behind these images has such a lovely imagination, she really does bring them to life !

I paper pieced the beach ball and added a Lawn Fawn sandcastle and some new Simon's Exclusive Chevron Clouds, I used a Copic Air Brush to spray the ink through the die.

I finished the inside, I am really trying to keep this up :-) It does take a little bit extra time but it is worth the effort, makes the cards a bit extra special don't ya think ? :-)

Simon Says ,,,,, Summer Vacation Kid's Challenge

Hi all and welcome to another of our annual Simon Says Stamp Summer Vacation Kid's Challenge where we host a special challenge dedicated to our young designers.

ANYTHING GOES 

It is time for all you crafters to let your children loose in your crafty corners for a few hours. Just close your eyes and set them free to explore their creativity :-) You are allowed to hide your Copic Markers and extra special papers and you are allowed to help just a little bit if necessary, but we really want the children to 'DO IT' themselves as much as possible :-)

This challenge is open to all children aged between 2 and 16 inclusive.

We have not 1, not 2 but  3 surprise parcels of crafty goodies, hand picked by Simon !

For this challenge we have a very special Junior Design Team who have done an excellent job. Please pop along to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog and please leave comments for them on their blog posts. Thank You xx

This challenge will continue for the whole month of August, finishing at 6pm Ohio time. 11pm UK time, 12 pm CET  on August 31st.
