Simon Says Stamp December Card Kit Cards ,,,,,,

Happy Sunday to you all :-) Are you all prepared ?? I just feel like I will never be ready but Christmas will arrive in 3 more sleeps whether we're ready or not :-)

I still needed a few more cards and the December Card Kit from Simon Says Stamp came in really handy :-) The kit had a bit of a journey getting here via Nepal, taking the scenic route around the Himalayas so it took 6 weeks to arrive !!

I also used the 'Like Your Style' stamp set for the washing line and hanging hearts, I thought these complemented this set perfectly :-)

I was also quite brave and cut the sentiment stamp apart so I could stamp in different inks without the bother of masking :-) The 'holiday' is heat embossed and it looks fab IRL :-)

Next up is a card I made following the fab sketch on the My Favorite Things Blog

I used papers from the card kit and a Lawn Fawn Critters in the Snow stamp set for this ( apologies as I had no MFT stamps suitable,, will remedy the situation forthwith :-))

Simon's December Kit + Snowflake Cluster Bauble card

Hi all :-) I am here to share a card that I made using various exclusive products from Simon Says Stamp :-)

The snowflake cluster craft die is a new release and after seeing THIS card by the lovely Stephanie Klauck for this weeks Wednesday Challenge I sorta CASE'd it :-)

I used the lovely new exclusive cardstock and coordinating dye ink pads in Blue Violet. First of all I used the snowflake stencil from the December Kit as a mask and sponged the ink all over a strip of white card, moving the stencil as I went. I then used a snow cap dabber and pounced it all over the top before spraying with shine. I love how the colours in the ink merged to create this beautiful background !

I then die cut a circle of white card and glued the snowflake cluster onto it, I then smothered the whole bauble with glossy accents and sprinkled with rock candy distress glitter ,,,, YUM !

I still need to make a few more cards so to save a little time I made 2 the same :-)

Wild Rose Studio , Nativity Play

Hi all :-) I am here to share a card I made using the super cute Nativity Play image from the Wild Rose Studio.

The Wild Rose Studio have also been nominated in the Best Of British Craft Awards and we would LOVE it if you could pop over and vote for us :-)

I kept the whole design fairly CAS and I must admit, I REALLY like this one simply lovely don't ya think ? It reminds me of when the kids were little and going to see the school play,, aww :-)
