As it is hubby's birthday today I thought I should make a card especially for him :-) Can you guess how old he is today ?? :-) My goodness the years are flying by ! He was only 23 when we first met !

Here is Gruffie, he has gone over the top of the hill and is hurtling down at speed ,,, haha ,,, poor Gruffie about to crash into a rusty old lampost :-) 

The lampost and street sign were printed and cut on the sillhouette, the lampost was inked with versamark and embossed with vintage photo distress powder, it does look rusty eh !

 I couldn't really colour the red roller in brown, but I picked earthy reds ,, E 04, E07, E09.

A Less Is More Cheat :-)

Hi all :-) When I saw that the theme on the Less Is More  Challenge is use felt or fabric I remembered that I had just the thing lurking in my drawers to make this quick and easy ,,,,, a Basic Grey sticker ! :-)

 Isn't he CUTE !! This was so quick and easy to do and FAB for last minute quick makes ! I think I will get a few more stickers ! :-)

Another card using the Simon Says 'Season of Thanks' October Card Kit :-)

Hi again :-) I am back with another card using the fabulous October 'Season of Thanks' Card Kit and a couple of other exclusive products from Simon Says Stamp. Did I tell you how fab these kits are ?? ,,, yes I thought so :-) This kit is almost sold out so if you would like one you had better get your skates on and whizz over there pronto :-)

I made this card following this weeks fab sketch on the Splitcoast Stampers Site :-)

Now to be honest, I wasn't intending to pop the sequins where they are, but when I stamped the 'for you' some of the ink got onto the block and smudged :-(  I think the sequins did a good rescue job tho :-)

Winter Wonderland,,, 'The Holly and the Ivy' ,,, tra lalalalalaaaaaa :-)

Good Morning all :-) I hope all is well with you and I hope you're looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend of happy crafting :-) 

I am here today with a GD card for the Winter Wonderland Challenge, 

 Holly and Ivy

The lovely Dulcie, owner of the Wild Rose Studio is sponsoring this challenge, Kate asked the DT  for a GD volunteer and I stuck my hand up first :-)

so one lucky winner will have a fab prize of a choice of 2 stamps :-)

I used this gorgeous new release 'Christmas Wreath' image,, isn't it CUTE !! 

The papers are also from the WRS and are from 'A Robin's Christmas' pack. 

I added some star dust stickles here and there and Polar White Flower Soft to their hat trims. The holly die is from Memory Box and the gorgeous Robin ribbon is a new release from Crafty Ribbons from a collection called 'Deck the Halls'
