Simon Says Stamp April Card Kit Chalkboard Card

Hi all :-) I hope you all had a lovely weekend and managed to sneak some choccy before the kids ate it all :-)

I am lovin’ the chalkboard look that is so trendy at the moment and thought I would have a go using the products in the Simon Says Stamp April Card Kit.

Now I am not sure what the ‘correct’ way to do it is and just thought I would experiment and am quite pleased with how it turned out :-)

I will link the products at the bottom of this post but just to add that I washi taped some plain white card before die cutting the stars.

Simon Says ,,, April Card Kit Card :-)

Hi all :-) the postie came this morning to drop off my April Card Kit from the lovely Heidi at Simon Says Stamp :-) 

 I LOVE these kits and look forward from one month to the next, always FABULOUS !! It looks like these kits are becoming more and more popular because this kit has already sold out !! 

I am not sure if these will be restocked soon ,, will try to find out. BUT if you would like to be sure of getting a kit the best thing would be to subscribe, then you will be guaranteed not to be disappointed :-)

I made this card to enter the Less Is More Challenge, the theme this week is Scallops.

For the card base I used the Bazzill Taffy cardstock but it looks more white in the photograph, IRL it is a lovely subtle off white colour :-) I used the flower and tiny heart stamps in the set to make the design.

Hi again :-) I am back, this time with a card made using one of the stamps that I won recently on the Splitcoast Stampers Love Fest Event. I am really liking bike images at the mo’ so I just had to choose this one :-)

The tag was cut on my Silhouette Cameo Machine ,,, LOVE IT :-)

These papers from Jillibean Soup were designed to coordinate with this stamp, can you see the little bike on the paper ? ! :-)
