I colored with Copic Markers and stencilled in a few clouds for the background. I love this Simon Says Stamp Squoval Shape Die Set and think it works great with this image, or any other for that matter!! The patterned paper is from a Doodlebug Candy Stripe-Sprinkles Paper Pack .
I also made an envelope to match, using the extra scrap of paper.
BTW if you haven't got a We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board, I would definitely recommend getting one, I use it practically every day!

I do have an envelope punch board! Only after fretting about an odd sized card I remember I have it!
