Simon Says Stamp Happy Birthday

Hi all :-) I can hardly belive that Stamptember is over!! The month has just flown by! 

A dear friend is celebrating his 80th Birthday and I made this card for him using products in the September 'Let's Celebrate' Card Kit. 

I used some of the gorgeous paper in the American Crafts 'Sweet Rush pack for the background and for the Groovy Happy Birthday background layer. I colored the balloons, from the clear stamp set, with copic markers, shaped using a Tim Holtz Shaping Tool and popped them on 3D foam. I used Silvery Shimmer Pigment Ink for the confetti.
