Simon Says Stamp August Card Kit

The Simon Says Stamp August 'Vintage Garden' Card Kit has arrived in my loft!! YAY!! :-)  

In the kit is a fabulous Vintage Garden Stamp Set, Craft Consortium Wildflower Meadow Papers, a Picnic Floral Embossing Folder and Silver Embossing Powder, all of which I used on today's card. 

I inked the Embossing Folder with Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink and then run it through the big shot, isn't it pretty! :-)  I stamped and Silver heat embossed the sentiment and butterfly and then shaped before popping onto the card front with the 3d Foam Squares, which are also in the kit! 

and I used the extra strip of paper to decorate the Silver Metallic Envelope, which was also in the kit!

Simon Says Stamp Sketched Daisy Bloom

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week the challenge is 

ANYTHING GOES

We're showcasing our very own Simon Says Stamp Products this week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

I used a new  Simon Says Stamp Sketched Daisy Bloom and Sketched Anemone Hot Foil Plates and Die Sets along with a Tin Tile Stencil .

I started with a Waffle Flower Rectangle Hot Layering Plate, and this is where I made a happy mistake! I had used too many shims and it foiled a bit extra, making a distressed look! PERFECT!  I used Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and the Tin Tile Stencil, layered onto the Woodgrain Card Stock and distressed the edges. I also stencilled the base card. 

I foiled the flowers, colored with Copic Markers and shaped before popping onto the card. 

and I stencilled the envelope to match
