Penny Black Cheers

My Mum asked me to make an 80th Birthday card for her friend. The brief was that she likes Rosé wine and this is what I came up with ;-)

I used a Penny Black Cheers Cling Stamp Set and used Tim Holtz Tiny Type Die Sets for the age amd a few bubbles to add extra texture ;-) 

I colored the stripes to match the Penny Black Challenge Colour Inspiration pic

Simon Says Stamp October 'So Talkative' Card Kit

I returned home from a fabulous trip to the UK, the first time in over 2 years that I have seen my family and friends, I had a great time! For sure it won't be 2 years before my next visit! 

A gorgeous Simon Says Stamp October 'So Talkative' Card Kit was waiting for me when I arrived home, which cheered me up no end! ;-) 

I love the Kaleidoscope Embossing Folder in the kit and used this, alonmg with a piece of the gorgeous Kaleidoscope Lava Card Stock for the base.

I used a selection of Distress Oxide Ink Colors together with the Talk Bubbles Stencil and thern used the So Talkative Stamp Set to add the sentiments.  I fussy cut the bubbles and used a shaping tool to 'round' them. 

And I made a simple envelope to match.
