I used a Penguin With Heart Clear Stamp Set and a Festive Florals 6x6 Paper Pack 

I coloured with Copic Markers and added some shading with Polychromo Pencils 

and I finished the inside

 I used a Dancing and Prancing Cling Stamp, don't you just LOVE these penguins!! 

I coloured with Copic Markers and Polychromo Pencils. I added some sparkle on the snowflakes and popped a few Little Things From Lucy's Soft Snowball Pearls on there too ;-) For the icy ground I used some 3D Sparkle Puff and Frosted Crystal Embosssing Powders . 

I die cut the lower edge and the thinking behind this is that the penguins are all dancing on an iceberg and the Audrey Blue is the sea ,,,,, you have to have a vivid imagination haha ;-)

and I finished the inside. 

I find it so much easier to get into the habit of doing this rather than leaving them to the last minute when you are rushing to get them all posted ;-)

Simon Says: Let It Snow!

I am aways scrambling to make last minute Christmas gift tags and this year I am determined to be better organised. This fabulous Winter Side-Order Thinlits Die and Embossing Folder Set from Tim Holtz is perfect for making those essential tags, this set makes life so much easier!! Thanks Tim! :-) 

I splattered a Tim Holtz die cut tag with Distress Resist Spray and when it was dry I blended Spiced Marmalade and Stormy Sky Distress Oxide Inks over the top. I used some scraps of Tim Holtz Paper for the mittens and the hat, added a sprinkling of glitter to the pom pom and snowflakes and a little to the embossed snowdrift too. I love how this has turned out, cute don't ya think! :-)
