Simon Says: Masculine

Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week the challenge is

Make It Masculine

It will be Father's Day soon and this is the perfect challenge to make something for your Dad or for your hubby, or for any bloke really ;-)
Whoever you decide to make your creation for we will be looking forward to seeing it!

This week we are showcasing Tim Holtz Products. You don't have to use them for the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.

As luck would have it the Monday Challenge also has the same theme so you could join in with both!

This week we are welcoming back Vera Yates aka Lings Design Studio into the Designer Spotlight. Vera was our guest several months ago and it is a pleasure to have her back with us! *mwah* :-)

I used Distress Oxide Inks and had fun making the background for both the front of the card and the inside panel. LOVE these inks!! Thanks Tim ❤️ ;-)

I made this card for my son who has just moved into a new apartment ;-)

I die cut the Globe from Coal Shimmer Card (LOVE THIS) and used a Cityscape Suburbia, and Commute Dies to create the 'flying home' scene and added some Chatter Design Tape across the bottom along with black twine.

I used a variety of products to make the sentiment, I will link them all below.

House Mouse 'Tails Entwined'

It's time for a new theme over on the ABC Christmas Challenge! This time its the lovely Dorte's turn to choose the themes.

There are only 201 days left to Christmas YAY!! ;-)

The Themes this time are:

L for Love

M for More than one

I used 'L' for Love and 'M' for more than one Mouse ;-)

I used a super cute Tails Entwined House Mouse image, aren't they adorable! I love stamps that can be used for different occasions and this one is also perfect for anniversaries, valentines etc ;-)

I masked off the moon so that I could pop the Star of Wonder on there instead. I followed the lovely layout on the Sketch Saturday Challenge and kept the whole design fairly simple. I love how this has turned out! I will save this one for the hubs ;-)
