Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week the challenge is ,,,,,,,,

COLOR COORDINATES 

We have a special challenge this week ! As you may know Simon's Creative Director Shari Carroll has a Color Coordinates monthly feature on the Simon Says Stamp Blog and this week we are joining in with Shari's color scheme AND Shari is joining us as a Special Guest here too !!
This is the gorgeous Coordinates Inspiration Board, featuring several of Simon's Colored Cardstock, for us to use.

 I used Lavender and Black Cardstock and Costumed Pets Stamp and Die Set

I think this stamp an die set has the be THE cutest Halloween set EVER !!,,, adorable or what !! :-)  Did you notice the little bat hanging off Manny's tail ?,,, I thought not ,, that's why I pointed it out ;-)

I made the spooky spiders web background using a Tim Holtz Shatter Stencil, sponged with white pigment ink and then embossed with Frosted Crystal Powder, if you haven't got any of this then you need to get some ,,, its AWESOME and is fab for snow/ice,, my fave product of the week :-)

 and I finished the inside .,.....

and I made a coordinating treat bag ! 

 It was filled with M&M's ,,, but I ate them all,,,,a huge bag full of them ,,, :-/

Wild Rose Studio Christmas Tree

 Hi all :-) There are only 70 more days to Christmas !!! CAN'T WAIT !! :-)

If you haven't started making your cards yet then you had better get a wiggle on ,, It will soon be time to get them in the post ! :-)

This fortnight on the ABC Christmas Challenge it is Chris's turn to host and she chose 

'U' for Uncoloured Image 

ie, you can stamp with coloured ink, use die cuts etc, just don't stamp and colour your image with pens, pencils etc

I tool the easy option and went with a WOW card, actually I made 2 as they were so easy I felt like I was cheating :-)

These gorgeous dies are from a new Wild Rose Studio release, this first one is made using a Christmas Tree die

and this one is made using a Hanging Baubles Die. 

I simply glittered them and added a few sequins and pearls. I think they are gorgeous, even if I do say so meself ;-)
