Hi all :-) I hope the sun is shining wherever you are ,,, it is here ,,, but I am soon heading off to get drenched in the UK !!! I hope the weather changes tomorrow and stays nice for at least 2 weeks :-)
This time on the Crafty Ribbons Challenge the owner of the store ‘Ali’ has chosen the theme ,,,
SUMMER/HOLIDAY/BEACH
The prize on offer this week is this fabulous pack of ribbons !! :-)
I just HAD to use this Oh soo cute House Mouse image,, this is called Beach Bums :-),, aren’t they adorable This stamp is also available in an unmounted set from Joanna Sheen called Parasol.
I stamped the image twice so that I could tear the card along the shoreline and then pop the parasol over them to protect them from the blazing Sunshine ,,, don’t want em getting burnt !! :-) The papers are from Lawn Fawn and I used an EK Success border punch and some Robins Nest Dew Drops. I cut out the bucket and spade on the Silhouette Cameo and finished with some fab Infusion Ribbon and a Rum Punch button for the sun from Crafty Ribbons :-)
I finished the inside using stamps from the unmounted set.
I must say that I do like the smaller stamps on these sets but often the larger ones are reduced in size and are more diffy to colour, so I often ended up buying the wooden versions too.
