Some of my new goodies :-)

I have just made this card using my brand new Sugar Nellie stamp and Basic Grey papers that I got from the Craft Fair in Holland :-)



I coloured the image with copics and 3D'd everything ;-) I followed the fab sketch on the Friday Sketchers Challenge, I was lucky enough to meet the lovely DT Jacqueline who was demonstrating on the Magnolia stall at the fair :-) Hi Jacqueline :-)
The papers are Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses, the flowers are Prima and the ribbon is Kaiser Craft. The sentiment is from a Funky Fairys Papercrafts download. The crystal gems are also from Basic Grey :-)




I also made it to fit in with the Basic Grey Challenge whose theme is Glitz and Bling :-)

Simon Says Animal Antics :-)

Being an animal lover this week's Simon Says Stamp Challenge is right up my street :-)

ANIMAL ANTICS :-)

There is such alot to choose from ,, I am sure you all have something you can use to join in with this one :-) Big, Small, Wild, Tame, Furry, Feathery, Slippery Slimy :-) We are also asking you to think about the poor stray animals living on the streets or in shelters and ask that if you can manage to make a donation to an animal charity near you ,, or adopt a pet :-) The animal charities are all sufferring from lack of funds due to the recesssion, while at the same time more animals are being abandoned and in desperate need of a home. If you can offer some help that would be brilliant. Thank you x x
I will be donating 30 euros to the Gozo SPCA in memory of Rooster.

We have the lovely NORMA LEE joining us in the Designer Spotlight this week ,, she has afantastic blog,,, if you haven't seen it already you should drop by !! :-)

Anyway onto my card for this week :-) Well I HAD to use a House Mouse eh !! :-) Speaking of which the little one is still alive and well and living under my sink !!!!! He is one clever mouse !!! I saw him yesterday but didn't manage to catch him, am hoping my cats don't get to him first !!! ughughugh



I used the drum kit from the Simon Says Clear Stamps YOU ROCK GUITAR HERO MUSIC INSTRUMENTS Set Exclusive! and a Muzzy House Mouse I think he looks fab playing the drums :-) I mounted them onto card that I coloured with distress inks. This graffiti paper I thought was perfect for this card and was a gift from my friend Valerie,I have no idea who made it ! :-)I grunged all the edges with black soot distress inks. The stars were cut out on my cricut and the Happy Birthday text is a Hero Arts stamp
I used some coredinations and some mesh ribbon and that was it :-) I hope you like it :-)

I will be offerring a HM Muzzy stamp (not this one as it is out of stock at the moment) and a black soot distress ink for my weekly candy this week so you can details for that at the top of my blog :-)
