For my card I followed the fab sketch on the Stella Says Sketch Challenge and used this very cute Reindeer Trio image from Bugaboo ,,, isn’t it cute ! :-)

I coloured with copics , added glossy accents sprinkled with glitter to the baubles and then added star dust stickles to the frame and stars. I also added glossy accent to their noses :-) The papers are Bo Bunny from a Snowfall pack and I added Robins Nest Dew Drops and a string of fairy lights cut on the Silhouette Cameo, coloured, glittered and stuck on with scrap dots, I added a little jingle bell and a twine bow to finish :-)

Thanks for all your super sweet entries last week , all those yummy cupcakes and choccy cards made my tummy rumble !! :-)

sp please no fussy and fancy creations this week :-)

This week we are showcasing LA LA LAND and LAWN FAWN stamps! LOTS of amazing stamps and stamp sets to choose from! PLEASE check out the huge selection at Simon Says Stamp Superstore!!!

Of course you don't HAVE to use LA LA LAND or LAWN FAWN stamps to join in but if you have them we would love to see them used :-)

And of course, Heidi will be giving away a $50 voucher to shop at the FABULOUS Simon Says Stamp Superstore!!!!

For my card I used several sets of Lawn Fawn stamps ,I recently bought the fab Chevron Backdrops set and that was my starting point and I thought they would look rather good as snow slopes ! Christmas card it is then !! Smile

I used a Hero Arts Notecard for the base and some plain blue card for layering. I stamped the chevron design with Versamark ink and embossed with Hero Arts White EP. I was going to ink a little with distress inks but decided that I quite liked it plain white ,, not so sure now tho ,, anyways ,, I had stamped it on a slope and made 2 pieces to create snow drifts . The starry background was made using a Teeny Tiny Backdrops set and some blue colorbox chalk ink and the big star was made using a My Favorite Things Stacking Stars die and some white glitter. The image is Winter Bunny ,,, he is having a lot of fun eh !! sooo cute ,, do you know he is only $3.99 !! what a bargain !! I coloured with copics ,, not much ink used there ,,, :-) The sentiment is from a Critters in the Snow set and I added a little star gem on the tag. Of course no card is complete without me trusty Star Dust Stickles so I added a few spots onto the stars and along the icy edges of the slopes ,, ta da ,, easy peasy CAS ! :-)

I took loads of photo's of this but it was really hard to capture the embossing and sparkle ,, :-(

Thanks for looking, Dora and the DT have made some gorgeous cards for you to see so hop on over to the Simon Says Stamp Challenge to see them :-)

Totally Papercrafts ,,,, No Pesky Girls Allowed :-)

Hi all :-) the weekend is almost here and its time for a new theme over on the Totally Papercrafts Challenge :-)

This week it is thew very lovely Susan’s turn to host and she chose ,,

NO PESKY GIRLS ALLOWED :-)

Susan hates doing pink and girly cards ( me too actually !! ) so this is just up our street :-)

For my card I used my lovely new digi image from Sassy Cheryl, thanks Scoopy xx

I coloured him with copics and added star dust stickles here and there. The papers are a free download from Papercraft Inspirations, I have had these on my comp for ages and completely forgot about them ! Luckily I saw them cos I think they are perfect with this image :-) I stitched all the edges and made a daisy using a die cut and popped a card candi in the middle. The ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons and I added a LOTV sentiment and a couple of Martha Stewart ladybird stickers that I have had for yonks ,,, one of them has caught the glare so its not very visible but the larger one is covering up the stitching join :-)

Now for the close up ,, isn't he CUTE !! Love 'im ,,, he looks just like Sean did a few short years ago ,,,,, :-) I dressed him in Sean's fave colours,,, red and green :-)
