House Mouse 'Knit Gift'

 Hi all :-) I am back with the first House Mouse and Friends Challenge of 2014 ! I hope you all had a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and I hope a few meeces snook into your stockings :-)

 I love this 'Knit Gift' image and am so glad it is now available from Stampendous as a cling stamp. So much easier to store than the wooden ones, and cheaper too ! I coloured with copic and added some star dust stickles to make the icy floor ,, brrr :-)

I also used a new Simon's Exclusive Triangle Pattern Die to emboss the white panel, I thought the design looks a bit like knitting :-)

The lovely Natascha is hosting this challenge and the theme is Anything Goes with the option of using this fabulous sketch.

Simon's January Card Kit :-)

My Simon says Stamp January Card Kit arrived yesterday and I absolutely LOVE it ! the papers, colours and products are fabulous ! 

I needed to make a 'Thinking of You' card, always difficult to make and this one particularly so.

I used the Perfect Pearls in the kit to make a spritzer using the little spray that also came in the kit ! FUN !! :-) I also added a few drops of Lilac Distress Re-inker to add a little extra colour. The shimmer is fabulous ! I sprayed and splattered the background and love the effect :-)

As you can see I made a shaker card, love making these :-)

House Mouse 'Making Prints'

 HAPPY 2015 !! 

 I hope it's a good one for everyone :-)

I have been missing since Christmas Eve so I thought it was about time I popped something on my blog and what better way to start a New Year than with a House Mouse :-D

This is little Monica hopping along to wish you all a Happy New Year !! :-)

I masked off Monica and used some Ranger Heirloom Gold Pearl Mist to splatter the background. It really is lovely and shimmery IRL :-)
