Feeling Blue ??

Hi all :-) we are starting a new theme over on the House Mouse and Friends Challenge ,,,

FEELING BLUE ,,, as chosen by our lovely teamie, Paula :-)

you can interpret this as feeling blue/sad/poorly, or by using the colour :-)

I used this very cute Gruffie ‘Digging Up Dirt’ image and used blue as the layering colour :-)

 

I downloaded a font from the Silhouette Store, typed the sentiment and left the machine to write and cut out the cloud shape ,,, very clever machine :-) 

The lovely yellow flowers were a gift from Debby, thanks Debby xx :-)

Give Peas a Chance :-)

Hi all :-) I hope you had a lovely weekend and found some crafty time :-) We are in the middle of painting and decorating, we have a very special visitor coming to stay soon and it needs to be all spic and span :-)

So, in the middle of all the ladders and tins of emulsion I downed brushes and picked up copics to join in with the fab layout on the Sketch Saturday Challenge, as soon as I saw the sketch I knew what I wanted to make, not often that happens, I am usually faffing about and umming and arring for ages :-)

I thought the die cut Grid Border would look a bit like a trellis for the peas to climb,,,,isn't this mouse cute :-)
