Stamptacular Sunday Challenge

I made this card for the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge, they have a fabulous sketch to use :-)
Well it's not very often I manage to make a card on the day the challenge is posted unless it's a DT one !! Am still feeling guilty that I missed a couple of their challenges after winning one of the fabby prizes on the launch day !! lol

I have made this card for a friend's daughter who will be having her birthday soon :-)The image is Sarah Kay 'Picnic Time' and when I checked to see what the name of the SU paper was that I had used it's called 'tea Party '!! there's a coincidence !! :-)
I also used some purple stardream and some new coredinations whitewash, it's gorgeous !!
The sentiment is from the Clare Curd sentiment set and the flower is a mix of different ones :-)
Thanks for looking, I appreciate your comments so please leave me one :-)

Don't forget to PLEASE enter the Funky Fairy's and the Simon Says Challenges :-)At Funky Fairy's there's a GD call too !!
Heidi has a special prize on offer on the Simon Says Stamp Blog to celebrate her mum's 60th birthday, you wouldn't want to miss this !! :-)

Daisy and Dandelion Challenge 9#

It is my neighbour's son's B'day later this month and he is a keen Man United fan ! Why he couldn't support a fab team like Leeds United I'll never know lol !!
I made this card for him using my fab new Daisy and Dandelion stamps that I bought yesterday from Binky Crafts. I just had to get this set ! Perfect for boys big and small !! :-)
I followed the fab sketch by Clare for the Daisy and Dandelion Challenge I thought it suited this set really well with the football ! Am sorry Zoe I only realised after I made it that I'd made it almost the same as yours :-/
I coloured the image with copics in Man U colours and 3D'd him :-)I also decorated the inside ! I don't do this very often ! but to be honest I stamped the footballs and 'Goal' intending to use it on the front but it just looked too fussy, well, I didn't want to throw it away so stuck it on the inside :-) All the things, boots, trophy, football and text are stamped from the same set.I also used Anita's 3D glaze on the football under his arm. I kept this card clean and simple, I think Luke would prefer it like this !! Don't think he's appreciate flowers !!!

The red paper is a Funky Fairy's Papercrafts Cherish Collection download :-)

Thanks for looking, I appreciate your comments so please leave me one :-)
