I made this card using a penny black garden buggy stamp and various papers on a plain ivory square card. Hopefully it will be sold to raise funds for the Gozo SPCA !!

Sparkly Pens

Hi I made these pens to give as gifts. I got the idea from someone's blog but i have tried to re find it and i am very sorry but i can t find it again to give that person the credit for this idea, but i think I saw it on this site . http://crazyforcrafting.blogspot.com/2007/08/bind-it-all-creations-continue.html

first of all you cut a piece of paper large enough to wrap around the pen, decorate it as you like, I just stamped a swirly pattern on it. then attach double sided tape ( the very sticky kind) to the undecorated side ( I used Suze Weinberg's wonder tape). Then attach this to the pen.Then cut another piece of tape and place it over the top of the coloured paper, making sure there are no gaps. Then roll the pen in small glass beads and press them into the tape, then sprinkle over with fine glitter to fill in any tiny bits.
