I used the partial die cut technique for the balloons to 'fly off' the card, but then one of my Copic Markers splodged, so I had to re stamp and fussy cut them out ;-) I added some stencilled clouds and a few sparkly gems to finish.

I love the partial die cut technique. I was yelling for the House Mouse to hang on when I saw him flying off the card. Oh how we all know how the markers will occasionally hiccup at the wrong time. Love the addition of the gems and the clouds. Very cute card. [Bunny]
