I used a Stampendous: House Mouse Peppermint Hair Cling Stamp and shades of blue to make a cool card ;-)
I colored with Copic Markers and added a few dabs of Star Dust Stickles here and there. I decided to make a circular card and used Simon's exclusive Glitter card and Black Card Stock for layering.
