Simon Says: Back To School




Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge

This week the challenge is 

Back To School

The stores are full of back to school stationary but a notebook, diary or even a bookmark is so much nicer when it is handmade with love! Why not make a little card to pop into a child's lunchbox too. So many things that we can make! We will be looking forward to seeing what you decide to create!

We are showcasing some fabulous Penny Black Productsthis week. You don't have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used!

I made an encouraging 'Back To School' card using a 'You're My Type' Cling Stamp. I love these quirky cats and need to get the whole range!! 


I have 9 cats and Amy, my daughter, has a special one called Tigger, so I coloured him to match ;-) I coloured with Copic Markers and kept the card fairly CAS.  


and I finished the inside using a new Simon's Exclusive Perforated Flaps Die Set and Brush Stroke Messages Stamp Set and High Dive Ink Pad 


and when you lift the flap there is a little kitty ready to go shopping. I will pop a gift card in here ;-) 


and this is our lovely handsome Tigger helping me in my craft room (please excuse the messy background ;-)

    Oh I fell in love with this card at the first sight, Lols! The scene is so fun and cute. Maybe I should order the stamp in the future :)
